I recently used Vets 2 Your Pets for my 13-year-old lab and felt in safe hands from my very first call. The team followed up when they said they would, and even enabled me to share videos of my dog before the visit which reassured me about his prognosis. Laura, the vet, was fantastic—calm, patient, and incredibly kind with my dog. She explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure he was comfortable throughout, giving us real hope for his recovery. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Vets 2 Your Pets—the whole team genuinely cares and you will feel very safe in their hands.Posted on Google Caz KirbyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Monday morning 30/03/2026 I had to make the most difficult of phone calls to ask for help with a gentle put to sleep at home for our Luna 😢 I spoke to a lovely lady called Annie who was so kind and supportive and arranged everything for us. Yesterday 31/03/2026 at 2 pm the most amazing vet arrived his name was Carl . I cannot thank him enough for his kindness support and understanding. he is a very special man 🩵 Our Luna did indeed go gently in the sunshine in her favourite place in the garden just how we had hoped. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making a difficult time really quite beautiful💕🐾💕Posted on Google Teresa WilkinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our beautiful 14 year old Welsh Terrier benefitted from this service. From the start everything was of a calm peaceful nature. The sedation/pain relief relaxed him. We were able to stroke him and talk to him. The vet was so gentle with him and us explaining everything she was doing. Finally the anaesthetic was slowly put into his leg and he was gone. We had opted for cremation. He was taken away in his bed. From start to finish there was calmness from everyone making it easier for us to say goodbye. A service well worth using.Posted on Google Sarah BrownTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our 12 year old rabbit pts and found Vets 2 Your Pets online, having searched for an option when our vets couldn't guarantee coming to our house. We were given information of Bailey's condition, and knew we had to make the hard decision to continue putting him to sleep, as he was his usual happy self when the vet arrived. He had episodes of being unwell and knew it was gradually progressing. The vet took his time, allowing us to decide the time was right because of this. He was compassionate and gentle with Bailey. We were given private time to grieve and say our last goodbyes, which was appreciated.Posted on Google S BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have ised carl now for a good number of years. We have a rescue dog who is extremely fearful of all people except myself. Carl comes to do his annual vaccinations at our house. Carl is very calm and understands the needs of our dog. Wouldn't use anyone else.Posted on Google Alex EalesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We said goodbye to my gorgeous girl on the 14th Feb. Being able to have someone attend the house to do this helped so much with the process. My girl hated the vets and the idea of taking her there broke my heart so this was the ideal situation. Carl was so kind and gentle and supportive he did exactly what I needed fire by telling I was doing the right thing and then by being so calm and kind throughout the procedure. The only challenge we had was that it was the weekend and they struggled to find us a cremation service, at one point my only option was to take her to the vets to be held there until cremation could take place or postpone the appointment. I really didn’t want to postpone making the decision had been hard enough in the first place, I also did not want to have her stored at the vets until she could be cremated. With some pushing from out part they found an independent cremation service and it was like it was meant to be. Rob at restful pets was amazing. He collected her at 13:30 and I was able to collect her and bring her home at 4:45 the same day, I have never heard or experience such amazing service for cremation of pets. He was kind and I immediately felt like she was safe with him, when we collected her she was beautifully presented and we could have sat in a room with her with candles and incense with calming music it really was beautiful and I would recommended him any day. Overall a horrible situation was made much better but the service we had from Carl and Rob.Posted on Google Jeanette BaldockTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had Carl out twice while back for euthanasia and he was really good with both dogs, now visiting for annual injections as this one cant get in and out of car. Very approachable as are the admin staff.

At-home pet euthanasia allows your beloved companion to pass peacefully in the comfort and familiarity of home. There is no stressful travel or clinical environment—just a calm, gentle space surrounded by those they love.
At Vets 2 Your Pets, this is our core speciality. We provide a dignified, compassionate experience that honours your pet’s life and supports you through every step.
This is one of the most difficult decisions any pet owner will face. Changes such as ongoing pain, loss of mobility, reduced appetite, or a withdrawal from daily life can indicate a decline in quality of life.
We’re here to guide you with honesty, sensitivity, and clinical expertise—helping you make a decision that prioritises your pet’s comfort, dignity, and peace.
Our approach is gentle, unhurried, and deeply respectful. We begin by giving you time and space to say goodbye. Your pet is first given a calming sedative so they drift into a deep, relaxed sleep. Once they are fully at peace, the final medication is administered.
Everything is carried out with compassion and care, allowing for a quiet, loving farewell in a familiar environment.
Yes—this is one of the most meaningful aspects of choosing an at-home service. You can have family members, children, or even other pets present if you wish.
We create a calm, supportive setting where you can say goodbye in your own way, without pressure or time constraints.
