EXCELLENT Based on 94 reviews Posted on S Brown10 March 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our 12 year old rabbit pts and found Vets 2 Your Pets online, having searched for an option when our vets couldn't guarantee coming to our house. We were given information of Bailey's condition, and knew we had to make the hard decision to continue putting him to sleep, as he was his usual happy self when the vet arrived. He had episodes of being unwell and knew it was gradually progressing. The vet took his time, allowing us to decide the time was right because of this. He was compassionate and gentle with Bailey. We were given private time to grieve and say our last goodbyes, which was appreciated.Posted on S B10 March 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have ised carl now for a good number of years. We have a rescue dog who is extremely fearful of all people except myself. Carl comes to do his annual vaccinations at our house. Carl is very calm and understands the needs of our dog. Wouldn't use anyone else.Posted on A Eales3 March 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We said goodbye to my gorgeous girl on the 14th Feb. Being able to have someone attend the house to do this helped so much with the process. My girl hated the vets and the idea of taking her there broke my heart so this was the ideal situation. Carl was so kind and gentle and supportive he did exactly what I needed fire by telling I was doing the right thing and then by being so calm and kind throughout the procedure. The only challenge we had was that it was the weekend and they struggled to find us a cremation service, at one point my only option was to take her to the vets to be held there until cremation could take place or postpone the appointment. I really didn’t want to postpone making the decision had been hard enough in the first place, I also did not want to have her stored at the vets until she could be cremated. With some pushing from out part they found an independent cremation service and it was like it was meant to be. Rob at restful pets was amazing. He collected her at 13:30 and I was able to collect her and bring her home at 4:45 the same day, I have never heard or experience such amazing service for cremation of pets. He was kind and I immediately felt like she was safe with him, when we collected her she was beautifully presented and we could have sat in a room with her with candles and incense with calming music it really was beautiful and I would recommended him any day. Overall a horrible situation was made much better but the service we had from Carl and Rob.Posted on J Baldock28 February 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had Carl out twice while back for euthanasia and he was really good with both dogs, now visiting for annual injections as this one cant get in and out of car. Very approachable as are the admin staff.Posted on L Walton10 February 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend this service. I only knew Vets for You when I phoned my vet who directed me to Vets at Home phone number. The vet who came out was so good with our beloved pet and with us. She came at the time agreed and stayed until we felt ready enough for her to leave.Posted on C Crane1 February 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Carl was thoughtful and kind in handling every aspect of our cat’s final moments at home. A heartbreaking day was made a little easier by someone who was so understanding, thank you.Posted on D C1 February 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The service offered by Vets 2 your pets was excellent. Our 12 year old dog had several chronic health conditions and her health had been slowly deteriorating for many months. She had always hated going to the vets and when she suddenly got worse, it was clear she was very quickly approaching the end of her life. Vets 2 your pets arranged a vet, Sarah, to come to our house on the same day. Our dog was in her favourite place, calm and as comfortable as she could be when Sarah arrived. Sarah was punctual, gentle and kind. She handled our dog with great care and was very sensitive to our distress. I cannot think of a kinder way to have managed our much-loved dog’s final moments. We spared her the distress of a final trip to the vets or a painful “natural” death. We were hugely impressed by Sarah’s kindness, professionalism and empathy and grateful beyond measure that we could spare our beloved dog any distress in her final moments.Posted on P Knight27 January 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had 8 puppies vaccinated, microchipped and health-checked on 19th Jan. Sarah was fantastic — so warm, gentle and reassuring. Not a single puppy made a squeak, even with two injections each. Highly recommend Vets 2 Your Pets.Posted on C Richardson22 January 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately I had to make the decision to have my dog Edie put to sleep after a battle with cancer. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and compassion. I spoke to two people on the phone and then Sarah the Vet attended and all were amazing. It was a horrible situation to be in but they made it as easy as it possibly could be.
