We had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved Westie, Jasper. The compassion, kindness and professionalism shown by everyone at Vets2YourPets was outstanding. I would like to thank Kara, the veterinary nurse, who was so kind, caring and supportive throughout. She showed such genuine compassion and helped us with our questions. The Carl, took the time to explain everything, treated Jasper with such dignity and made sure he was calm and comfortable throughout. Although it was one of the hardest days of our lives, having the procedure carried out at home meant Jasper was in familiar surroundings and at peace. We will always be grateful to the whole team for the care, respect and compassion they showed Jasper and our family. Thank you for making such a painful experience as gentle and peaceful as it could possibly be.

This is probably going to be highest rated review I could ever write. Last week we had to make the heart breaking decision to have our 14 year old dog PTS. When I contacted Vets 2 your pets I did it via WhatsApp which was really nice to have that option as I was too upset to speak to anyone on the phone. The person I messaged was helpful and efficient and booked a vet in to come out and see us, they also arranged the cremation service. When the day arrived Laura came to our door. I suppose i was expecting a cold, clinical Vet who was there to get the job done, quickly and without much feeling. What we actually got was Laura who from the moment she stepped in the door made us feel like she was an old friend. She treated our dog like she had known him for years. She greeted him with cuddles and affection. There was no rush, no coldness, no stress. The whole process was weirdly beautiful and our beloved dog was able to pass over with absolutely no stress, no pain and being cuddled by his favourite people. I think Laura actually spent about 1.5 hours with us and made us feel so much better about the decision we had made. I cannot thank Laura enough and i hope this review is passed on to her. I would not hesitate to use this company again. The best customer service I have received in years.

We had Rachel from Vets 2 Your Pets come to send our beloved pooch Parker over the Rainbow bridge. I had taken the difficult decision that it was his time due to a brain tumour and seizures. Rachel took her time to explain everything and got to know Parker so he was happy and comfortable. He had a chocolate biscuit or two from her and drifted off in our garden peacefully, calmly and surrounded by love. It made a very difficult time a little easier to be at home and know Parker was relaxed and comfortable. Thank you for providing a comforting, caring, gentle service.

Excellent experience, new puppy owner having her vaccinations done at home. Carl was very experienced, good advice around future medications and vaccinations. Using again for second vaccinations. So easy to book and arrange, very pleased with the service.

I recently used Vets 2 Your Pets for my 13-year-old lab and felt in safe hands from my very first call. The team followed up when they said they would, and even enabled me to share videos of my dog before the visit which reassured me about his prognosis. Laura, the vet, was fantastic—calm, patient, and incredibly kind with my dog. She explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure he was comfortable throughout, giving us real hope for his recovery. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Vets 2 Your Pets—the whole team genuinely cares and you will feel very safe in their hands.

Efficient and friendly service. There was no trauma for the kittens and all my questions were answered.

Monday morning 30/03/2026 I had to make the most difficult of phone calls to ask for help with a gentle put to sleep at home for our Luna 😢 I spoke to a lovely lady called Annie who was so kind and supportive and arranged everything for us. Yesterday 31/03/2026 at 2 pm the most amazing vet arrived his name was Carl . I cannot thank him enough for his kindness support and understanding. he is a very special man 🩵 Our Luna did indeed go gently in the sunshine in her favourite place in the garden just how we had hoped. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making a difficult time really quite beautiful💕🐾💕

Our beautiful 14 year old Welsh Terrier benefitted from this service. From the start everything was of a calm peaceful nature. The sedation/pain relief relaxed him. We were able to stroke him and talk to him. The vet was so gentle with him and us explaining everything she was doing. Finally the anaesthetic was slowly put into his leg and he was gone. We had opted for cremation. He was taken away in his bed. From start to finish there was calmness from everyone making it easier for us to say goodbye. A service well worth using.
