Suprelorin 4.7mg & 9.4mg Injections:

Suprelorin hormonal implants provide chemical castration for dogs of any size. The hormone implant is administered as an injection and lasts for either 6 or 12 months depending on the strength of injection selected. Suprelorin is a non-surgical method of castration or neutering that can be administered without the need for a general anaesthetic. One of our mobile vets local to you, can administer the implant injection conveniently at your home.

Chemical castration and neutering is a non-permanent and reversible inhibition of a male dogs fertility. It is often used to prevent unwanted pregnancies in the short term while allowing for the option to breed with a male dog at a later date. Chemical castration can also be used to “trial run” any hormone related behavioural changes, to ensure a more permanent option is the right decision.
